Double bedroom near RIE

I have a spare double room in my new build 3 bed house.
- your own bathroom
- parking bays outside
- garden with washing lines
- 20 min walk to RIE
- bus into the city, more buses a short walk away

Looking for someone friendly and tidy. I work shifts at the hospital so would suit someone that does the same.
Not a suitable room for someone who works from home.

On days off I enjoy getting out and about around Edinburgh, or equally just relaxing around the house.
