We are looking for a flatmate for our flat near Harrison Park and the Union Canal. I moved to London so currently there is only my partner living in the flat.
We would ideally like a young professional for council tax purposes.
The room is en-suite, vegetarian kitchen, and the flat is well-connected with several bus stops nearby. We have been living in the same flat for the past 5 years - we prioritise cleanliness, tidiness and mutual respect for each other's space and comfort.
The rent is £625 + 1/2 of bills - (£110 for council tax (band E) - and around £60 for internet/electric/gas)
The room is available immediately.
