Double room in a cosy 2-bedroom flat

Hi! A double room is available in our 2-bedroom tenement flat in New Town. The room is fully furnished, single glazing, gas central heating, the rest of utilities are electric. A little warning that the flat is quite small, with not a huge load of storage space. Bills are not included in the price (they may go up to £160/month in the winter).

I am ideally searching for a woman in her late 20s or early 30s, organised, chilled and clean. I am open to living with students or young professionals willing to pay council tax (Band D, possible to get exemption at 75%).

You would be living with me, Cristina. I am originally from Spain, and I have lived in Edinburgh for almost 10 years now. I am a PhD student/work at University and will be finishing writing my thesis in the coming months. I'd be most interested in living with someone who keeps a good routine, enjoys shared meals, cinema, and chats sometimes, but also keen to have some alone time. Good with sporadic agreed-upon visitors, strictly no parties.

All visits will be arranged on Thurs 4th July. No short lets considered, and no online viewings. Thanks!
