Double room in Gorgie

Double room available from August (exact date tbc) in 2 bed flat in Gorgie, Edinburgh as my current flatmate is moving abroad. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and has great storage with a large chest of drawers, a walk in wardrobe and built in shelves. The flat itself has a decent sized living room including a dining area, then a separate kitchen and a shared bathroom. The area has great transport links with multiple bus routes directly outside the flat and is only a 15-20 min walk from Haymarket station.

You’d be living with me - I’m 25 and I work in advertising. I work hybrid so am in office 3/5 days a week. I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years and really made it into a home so looking for someone who’s keen to hang out sometimes rather than just coexist.
