Room for rent in shared house near Royal Mile

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate for our house, you’d be sharing with 2 guys and 2 girls ages 24-28, we’re a mix of full-time workers and students (PHD, masters and undergrad) so we all have busy schedules but enjoy spending time together at home and getting out and about. We’re open to professionals and students, but paying for council tax would be necessary.

Your room would be on the top floor of our 3-storey house and you’d have your own private bathroom! We’re situated very centrally just off the Canongate at the Royal Mile.

The rent is £600 plus bills. You would require a UK-based guarantor. We’re looking to have someone in by the 1st of July and on a long-term basis. If you can’t be in the house by the 1st I will would still require the full month of rent and deposit to be paid for July plus a £639 deposit. Council band G
