Hi all! For rent 1 separate room in a three-room apartment, for 1 person. The apartment is two minutes from the Lidl store and the West Side plaza EH14 shopping center. There is a bus stop in all directions in three minutes. The city center is 30 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by train (the stop is also near the house). The apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable life. There are also 2 guys living in separate rooms in the apartment.
The cost of renting a room is 350 pounds per month + utilities: gas and electricity, as well as high-speed Internet - 10 pounds per month. Check-in is possible from June27th.
