My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I'll have a spare room available from the 13th of July with potential to move in from the 3rd July if preferred. Please note, the rent will be increasing to £737.50 pp come 18th September.

It’s a lovely flat, quite big for two people and the room is south-facing, meaning it gets a lot of light. The flat also has a box room, plenty of storage, and gas central heating.

A bit about myself, I work in fundraising for a charity, hybrid between office and home. I’m looking for another professional with a similar schedule. I love the outdoors, knitting, playing football, cooking, and watching films and tv. LGBTQ+ friendly :)
