Double room in Shandon flat

My current flatmate is moving out so I have a large double room with use of your own bathroom available in Shandon. The flat has a large shared living room with view of the Pentland hills and fully furnished kitchen. There is a large hall cupboard with a washing machine and plenty of storage.

The flat is close to several bus routes (4,44,34,35) and also has a Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Lidl nearby. It’s about a 20 min walk from Haymarket train station.

Wifi is around £16 each per month, Council tax is band D (so around £84 each per month) and gas and electric usually averages out at about £40 a month between winter and summer.

I’ve lived in the flat for just over 2 years. I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and friendly. I work 9-5 in the office Mon-Fri so I’m out of the flat a lot during the week. I’m happy to spend time together in the evenings watching TV etc but also happy to do my own thing.

Move in date is the end of July but may be able to offer some flexibility on this.
