Leith Walk Double Room Available Now :)

Hello, my previous flatmate has just moved out and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely central 2-bed, 2-bathroom flat on Leith Walk.

The available double room is nice and bright, and it has a desk, drawers and built-in sliding door closet wardrobe. The shared living room is a nice size with 2 couches, a coffee table and larger table, as well as a TV. The kitchen is also lovely with a big fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washer-drier and a breakfast bar The bathroom you will be using is spacious and has a good shower-bath, too.

The flat is very well-located just off the top of Leith Walk. There is no private garden, but a very nice one nearby that is open to the public.

You would be sharing with myself, a recent MSc graduate who has lived in Edinburgh for about 6 years and works as a performer and a writer. I’m a fairly extraverted person overall, but prefer to keep to myself in the mornings and evenings in my own home, so I know how important personal space is. My living room is quite a social space, and I also work in there occasionally. I honestly don’t mind whether you are chatty or keep to yourself more, as long as we are friendly & respectful to one another!

My flat & guests are LGBT-friendly and so I am seeking likewise.
