Short Term Let Until End Of August

Hey everyone! As I’m currently moving out of my flat, i’m trying to find someone to replace me, hopefully moving in as soon as possibly (preferably before July 1st). The contract will be terminated at the end of August, and you won’t have to find another roomate or anything. So the total period for renting out the flat will be June or July up until end of August. The flat is located in 9 West Bryson Road, EH11 1EH. It is a pretty nice flat, has no problems, has a huge frige, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 toilets, 1 shower, good sized kitchen, and has a total of 4 rooms, 3 of which are occupied by girls in their 20s. There are buses within 5min walking distance, and all university of Edinburgh campuses are only 15min. I have attached below a video of where we first moved in, and a video of my room now. Also, our flat is pretty clean, and there is a cleaning rota in place where once a week you have to do a chore. The flat is £560 a month with WiFi included, other bills come to about £30-40 pounds per month. Also, council tax bill comes to about £70. The deposit is £525.
