10 min walk to Haymarket and 2 min walk to the Murrayfield tram stop, also handy for the stadium which you can see from the living room window.
The flat is 2 bedrooms but my room has an en-suite so the bathroom is not shared. Small double room but the living room is really spacious for home offices etc, I have a desk set up in the living room. Looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle and a professional type job.
