A decent sized double room available from August in central Edinburgh. It is a 2 bed flat located on the first floor with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Excellent location on Lothian Road with plenty of amenities within walking distance and good transport links. The meadows is less than 10 min walk and Haymarket is the nearest train station (around 15 min walk)

I’m moving away from Edinburgh in August and is looking for someone to replace me. My flatmate is a young professional with his own business and is mostly away during the day. The flat is a quiet-ish place and is suitable for professionals or post grads.
