Description
Hello everyone!
My flatmate is sadly leaving so we have a lovely room in our sunny Abbeyhill apartment available from the 1st of July. The apartment is very central, and very well taken care of. It has only two rooms - you would be sharing just with me- so it is small but fully equipped (dishwasher, too!). Our landlord is very sweet and always eager to help and your room would be the one overlooking a stunning view of the sea and featuring a build-in wardrobe.
About me, I’m 29, Greek (not as good at cooking as one would expect based on this, but trying to), and a final year PhD student, also working as a tutor, so usually very busy. I like to keep things tidy and clean, and I’d appreciate someone being kind and open to communicate with, so that we organise our cohabitation as seamlessly as possible :)
Some practical stuff:
- the room is open both to students and professionals (willing to arrange council tax accordingly)
- the rent is 550, and the bills are around 50 per person, Council tax Band: B
- ideally looking for someone willing to stay for the whole academic year or longer.
- ideal flatmate would be a female around my age in late 20s-early 30s, but open to enquiries.
Please note that since my room doesn’t have study space, the living room doubles as office space during working hours, as well as for storage space.
If this kind-to-self and calm environment appeals to you please be in touch and tell me a bit about yourself, and I’ll be happy to arrange a viewing and a chat.
Best,
Eleanna
