Looking for a female lodger

Looking for a tidy, respectful and nice lodger for my flat :).

It’s a lovely 2-bed, 2nd floor, lift access, factored building, video intercom for security, lots of parking, you’ll have your own bathroom as I have an en-suite, the balcony is south facing so lots of sun, lots of good bus links to city centre right over the road- 30 min bus to town or 10-15 mins in a taxi, few minute walk to Morrisons and an Edinburgh Leisure, Starbucks at Village hotel over the road, 25-minute walk to Stockbridge and Inverleith Park, close to Granton for the Pitt Market and the new surf place opening soon, right at the Water of Leith cycle path so an easy half-hour cycle to Ocean Terminal and Portobello Beach.

I’m a 34-year-old female writer, who sometimes works from home but out at office 3 times a week or more. I stay at my partners and parents sometimes too- so I’m not always in.

The flat is lovely and I’m slowly doing it up as I just bought it a month ago. Gonna get nice drawers and a TV for your room. All furniture is brand new- so the bed, mattress, mirror, bedding in your room are all brand new, as well as the living room (sofa etc).

Have to be LGBTQ+ friendly and potentially be okay with a cat in the future- as this may be on the cards! Looking for someone who likes to be tidy, who likes their own space, but also up for potentially hanging out sometimes. I love movies and TV (300+ DVDs could also be your own personal Blockbuster), emo music (emo in my soul), computer games (unfortunately addicted to Fortnite), board games (could potentially make you cry if we play Monopoly), Asian food (nothing witty to say in these brackets) and having a beer (or three).
