Double room in Central Edinburgh

My flat mate is moving out so I’m looking to fill a double room available in flat share just off Broughton street in town. It’s a great location with the St James Centre a stones throw away, bus and tram routes a couple of minutes walk away and lots of great coffee shops, cinema and gyms near by. It’s a 5 minute walk to princess street and George street, so very central and suuuper close and convenient!!

The flat comes with gas central heating, a well equipped kitchen, shared bathroom with electric shower and a shared living room.

The rent is 730 a month and bills are an additional 180 approximately.

We will need to look at submitting the paperwork with the agency within the next two weeks if possible. Won't be able to take on a student because of the council tax.

A bit about your flatmate (Michaela): I'm have recently moved from New Zealand. I'm a working professional who enjoys getting out and about exploring, reading, cooking and trying all the coffee shops around town. I enjoy going out and socialising but also respectful of people space if they want it.

I'm clean and tidy and looking for someone with a similar vibe who's keen to make the flat homey and comfortable :)
