Room for rent in Leith with your own bathroom

My current flatmate / best friend is moving out to go to America, so I am looking for someone to take over her tenancy from the beginning of September.

Ideally, we'd be friends more than just room mates! I am always up for a coffee and a croissant, or the odd pint after work

- Double bedroom with built in wardrobe and mirrors
- Your own bathroom (not an en-suite but the family bathroom is right next to your bedroom and I have my own!)
- Shared living room and kitchen area
- Balcony
- Access to private courtyard area
- 30 minute walk to Princes St, 15 minute walk to Leith walk, 20 minute walk to the shore
- Great location with links for public transport (7 minute walk to the bus stop, 15 minute walk to the tram stop)
- 1 minute walk to Sainburys and Lidl

I work as a recruiter in the center of Edinburgh, generally 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 days at home. I try and go to the gym after work and love going for a walk to grab a coffee and sometimes even a pint! I love a clean flat and enjoy my own time, but also like to hang out after work too!
