24fall Garden Studio: Brewers Court

If you are a FULL-TIME STUDENT who are looking for a studio near to Pleasance Gym, Tesco, Moray campus, and GS campus, this is a good choice.

1. Room type: garden studio, you will have a private garden, including a table and two chair. Staff will come and clean your garden Saturday morning for free.

2. Available: 31/08/2024 to 30/08/2023

3. Accommodation allows dual occupancy contact. (Will increase 25£ per week, both tenants MUST be STUDENTS)

4. Location: around 20min walk to GS, 10min walk to Moray/Pleasance gym/Tesco/Waveley railway station.

5. Why me: I’m a current tenant since Sep 2023. And I extended my contact from Aug 2024 to Aug 2025. But due to something unexpected, I need to find a placement tenant to take over my contact (2024/08-2025/08). Because I signed this contact quite early, so my price is 335£ pw. Now, the price for the same room type is 362£ pw and is out of stock (google it if you are interested). So, if you take my contact, you will have the same room with lower price (335£ pw) rather than website price (362£ pw).

6. Other: bill included, free gym included ( within the accommodation).
