Double bedroom with desk to rent in Granton

Hello!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Edinburgh starting from mid-April. I could also consider short term lettings of the bedroom or the whole flat, if that fits with my plans.

Let me tell you a bit about the place and myself.

The apartment is a comfortable and welcoming space with two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. We also have a lovely garden where you can relax, and a shed for bike storage if you need it. The available room is spacious and comes with a king-size bed.

I’m a doctoral researcher at Edinburgh University, so I spend most of my time at the office, but I do work from home occasionally. When I’m not working, I love cooking, listening to music, and dancing—dancing is my passion! I also enjoy socializing, playing board games, and watching TV or playing Xbox. Although I love to chat and make friends, I also value my alone time and respect others' need for it.

I have a friendly cat named Richard Parker, who will be sharing the flat with us. He’s quite sociable and loves company.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy, and respectful. It's important for me to live with someone who values mutual respect and cleanliness. Ideally, we could develop a friendly relationship, enjoying some social time together while also respecting each other’s personal space.

A bit more about me: I'm Chilean, so I speak both English and Spanish. I'm a balanced mix of sociable and quiet—I'm not super loud, but I’m not extremely quiet either. I hope you’re comfortable with a harmonious living environment.
