We are Estela and Cameron - two young(ish) professionals looking for another friendly and considerate housemate, as our number three is sadly leaving us for a Masters in the Netherlands!



Ideal Housemate: 

Ideally suited for a young professional looking for a super convenient place to stay, who is warm, personable and social, but cognisant and respectful of the quiet, calm environment that we enjoy here. (No students for council tax reasons - sorry!) 



We are not a party household and are only looking for those that are of the same mindset. No smoking and tidiness in common areas is an absolute must, and members of all communities are welcome. 



A bit about us:



I’m Estela - I work from home for a small company in sustainability education and the other current housemate is Cameron, who works as a scientist. We both enjoy running and Cameron does a lot of cycling and swimming too. We are both friendly and easygoing, and are kept busy with work schedules and commitments/hobbies beyond this. Always up for chats in the kitchen, Saturday morning Holyrood Park-Runs and sharing laughter.

Rent: £633.33 excluding bills.
Bills per month is roughly £150/£140 each (council tax band F).
Deposit is £698



Included: Large shared kitchen and living room, small private gravel garden and small private garage for a bike etc. The complex comes with a small free fitness suite, concierge desk and free parking.



Location: Between Easter Road and Leith Walk, we’re close to lots of coffee shops and bakeries. Lidl Easter Road is 5 minutes walk and McDonald Road Tram station/Tesco Express is 5 minutes in the other direction. Waverley station is a 25 minute walk, easily accessed on the tram also. Great for professionals with work in town or in Leith.
