The Room:
The room itself is about 13sq. m, ensuite with a large window. It comprises a double bed and large fitted wardrobe. You will have the house entirely to yourself as I will be living and working outwith Edinburgh.

The flat:
Close to Leith Walk, in the peaceful neighbourhood of Bellevue. It is a 2008 flat in lovely condition with a living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a communal garden and bike store. Grocery shops nearby include Coop and Lidl. Lots of cafes and bars are in the area. On Leith Walk, there are buses to the city centre and trams to the airport. Walking into town is also easy and along pleasant streets.

TV or broadband are not provided. To reflect this, the price is a little lower than you might come across for the time of year. The flat will suit a festival worker looking for well-located self-catered accommodation. It will be clean, furnished and well-equipped.
