1 flatmate required in a 2 bed flat

Hey :)

I'm looking for a flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is moving away from Edinburgh in August. I'd like to live with a chill, fun and tidy person. I've been living in Edinburgh for a year whilst I studied for a masters degree, I am now graduating and I plan on getting a job in Edinburgh. I'm very active and sporty, enjoy an occasional night out and movie night. I like to keep the flat nice and clean.

The flat has a lovely large living room with views of Holyrood Park and a bright kitchen. It has a very convenient location which is quiet and peaceful. The spare bedroom is small but cosy.

Bills are not included. The flat is council tax band D.
