1 bed in a central 2 bed flat

I am moving out of my room in this flat on the 3rd September, and I am looking for someone to take over my room then. The flat is ideally placed right by Holyrood Park and the meadows, with lots of local amenities, free parking and a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.


The flat has a lovely, large and bright living room and a bright and clean kitchen.

I shall be moving out of the large main bedroom (£800pm) which features a large built in wardrobe, a queen sized bed and a great wooden desk.

My roommate Alex, who will be staying in the flat, is social, active and works for the university.

I'd prefer to do in-person viewings.
Bills are not included. The flat is council tax band D and is approximately £90pppm.
