Due to some unfortunate personal circumstances I am no longer able to take up my lease for a Gold Ensuite room at Beaverbank Place (managed by Homes for Students). So I'm looking for someone to take over my contract ASAP!
The room is a Gold Ensuite at £185pw or £9435 for the year, fully furnished and bills included.
The building comes with a garden, communal lounge (including TV and vending machines) and parking is available.
I have attached pictures of the room and communal areas from the website.
Student residents only, but it doesn't matter which university you study at as long as you're full-time.
Please message if you have any questions or are interested! I'm looking to transfer the tenancy ASAP.
