3 bed flat in Newington

The flat is on the first floor with three double bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen and one bathroom. There is on street parking and access to a shared garden. All rooms are furnished.
I’m a final year vet student and my current flatmates are moving out this summer so I’m looking to fill both rooms. I’m looking for two female students, primarily for council tax reasons but I’m open to young professionals too.
In general I’m a pretty relaxed person and would enjoy socialising in the flat or keeping to ourselves. The flat is kept clean and tidy but nothing crazy strict or anything.
