Double room in Modern flat

Hi All, hope you are doing well!
I have available double room with own bathroom from end of July until November.
Flat is located in Bonnigton area, just off Leith walk with direct connections to all parts of Edinburgh. City center is 15 min walk or 6 min bus from the flat.
Flat is very big and has open space living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage place. There is additional parking and also bike shed for security within the building.
I am professional living in this flat and mostly working from home, however, I travel quite a lot, therefore, through July, August and Sept I will mostly be away, while I might stick around in October. I am looking for someone respectful and tidy.
