Double room available in a 3 bedroom, first floor flat for a year. Tenancy starting from August 1st. For council tax reasons, the tenant should be a student only.

The flat itself is in the area of Meadowbank with multiple bus routes taking you into the city centre within 10 mins and Portabello Beach only 5 mins away. A large variety of shops and restaurants located locally, including a large gym and sports centre.

The room itself is a spacious double room with lots of storage space, with an additional room also able to be used for storage. There is access to the flat’s communal garden.

The rent is £677 a month, with other bills averaging around £50 a month. Our private landlord requires a credit check and a guarantor, however this is a simple process.

We are a couple currently entering our 3rd year at the University of Edinburgh. We are very friendly and tidy!
