-Utilities Included: Broadband, electricity, and gas (are all part of the rent).
-Council Tax Exempt: As some of us are students, we're exempt from council tax (Council Tax Band D).

The Room (Bedroom 4):
-Double bed with a comfortable mattress.
-Desk and desk chair, ideal for studying.
-Plenty of plug sockets for all your devices.
-Small cupboard and desk drawers for storage.

What We’re Looking For:
Tidy Flatmate, someone who values cleanliness and is willing to help maintain shared spaces.

Current Flatmates:
Two 4th-year students and one full-time professional, all male.
We enjoy weekends out and occasional drinks, creating a balanced and fun atmosphere.
