Third floor flat. Bedroom is a smaller box room that comes with a double bed and chest of drawers. It has a small window that goes out onto the stairwell.

There is a shared kitchen/living room area; separate toilet and shower.

The flat is small and doesn’t have a lot of storage but it is cosy! £470 covers rent/Wifi/council tax (Council Tax Band B). Electricity is a pay as you go meter; around £60 in summer and can go up to around £120pm in winter (split equally).

Lidl & Co-Op are both a 5 min walk away; loads of other shops/local businesses nearby too. Good transport links nearby from Easter Road & Leith Walk.

About meeee:
I’m a bar manager and generally a social person so tend to be out late most evenings so ideally looking for someone who has the same shifts/schedule or someone who doesn’t mind this! My current flatmate works a 9 to 5 and I would enjoy a change from having to be really quiet at home during certain hours as it is a small flat and sound can travel easily at night. My current flatmate will have moved by August so move in date could change depending on the right person! We have lived together for the past two years and is moving due to a new job location.

I am respectful of others space and privacy but (as mentioned lol) it is a smaller flat so getting on well is important. I’m a pretty easy-going person to live with and laid back at home but like to keep shared spaces tidy as possible.

I have friends over for dinner/movie nights most weeks and like to have a home where both our friends feel welcome and at home.

(I am a smoker and smoke in my room but not in shared spaces).
