The flat is a two minute walk to the meadows and really close to Edinburgh university. There is also a lot of shops near by for example Sainsbury’s Local, co-op and more.
You will be living with 3 amazing students, we mainly keep to ourselves but love to have a chat in the kitchen.
We are looking for a student for council tax reasons. Rent is £535 per month , WiFi is £8.60 and bills are normally £20 - £30 pm but do rise to £50 during the winter.
