I’m looking for a flat mate to move in August/September time as my brother is moving out. The flat is in the fountain park/polwarth area and is a 20 min walk to both meadows and old town. The room seen in the photos is a furnished double and we also have a box room for storage as well as a shared garden.
I myself am an accounting student at Heriot Watt, work part time in a bar and am involved heavily with rugby and the gym. Preferably looking for another student to take the room due to council tax reasons.
Rent is £650/month + bills
