Looking for a flatmate to live in this lovely flat on Northumberland Street in Edinburgh. The location is so central and a 10 minute walk from Waverly.
The flat has two rooms (both with en suites) and an additional bathroom. It also has a box room which can be used for working from home. Apologies for the lack of photos, I can get some for you asap I'm just waiting for them to be sent over.
The flat will be available from the 17th of August to the 22nd of February next year. Rent includes wifi, you will need to pay bills and council tax (£180 each ish, but so worth it for the lovely flat and location I think).
Ideal flatmate would be someone that is friendly, up for kitchen chats and is also tidy as this is my friends flat that I am taking for 6 months and I want to look after it <3
I am a laid back and friendly person (I swear lol) and love sailing, skiing and cycling. When I'm not doing that I'm watching a movie and knitting a very holey jumper on the sofa.
