Location: As shown in pictures 1+2, there are many bus stops nearby, and it is within walking distance to the KB campus (15 minutes).

Layout: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room. we hope to find a roommate for the second bedroom. it is a nice sunny room as shown in Figure 4. The room is on the top floor, so there's no need to worry about noise from upstairs.

Move-in Date: September 1, 2024.

About Us: We are a student couple who have been together for 4 years and have a stable relationship. We like to keep things clean (but we’re not neat freaks), we don't smoke, and we won’t disturb others at night. Previously, I worked as a zookeeper in China, and I will start my master's program in September. My girlfriend is a PhD student.

Preferred Roommate: Someone who does not smoke in common areas and is not noisy during rest hours. It is best to rent for one year.

Since the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed, the roommate will have to stay in the second bedroom, and it can only accommodate one person.

Note: Rent does not include bills, which will be split among the three of us.
