Rooms Available to Rent for the Fringe

We have a beautiful Georgian Townhouse on Northumberland Street which has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with two spare bedrooms (both lovely south facing double bedrooms). We have never rented it for the fringe before but have decided to do so this year.

There is a kitchen, sitting room, separate dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms , a small laundry room, and a WC. The two bedrooms that are available to rent on a weekly basis have a large shared bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. We also have a key for the private gardens on Queens Street which you are welcome to use.

The rent is £750 per room based on single occupancy. If a couple wishes to rent the room this will be increased to £950 for the room.
