New Town Room Available to Rent

We have a beautiful Georgian Townhouse on Northumberland Street which has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with a lovely south facing double bedroom.
There is a kitchen, sitting room, separate dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms , a small laundry room, and a WC. The bedroom that is available to rent has a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. This is for your use, and is only occasionally shared with the spare bedroom there are guests staying in the spare bedroom (very rare occurrence).
We also have a key for the private gardens on Queens Street which you are welcome to use.
All bills are included. We also have a cleaner who comes every other week and cleans all the bathrooms and communal spaces.
