Bedroom, £600, for September 1st

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate for our three bedroom flat for September 1st. The price is £600, excluding bills which are usually between £50-150, depending on the season. The flat is located in Newington and is on the top floor (there is no elevator unfortunately). The bedroom available is furnished. You would be living with two flatmates. I’m Maéva, 32, from Canada, and in the first year of my PhD in feminist criminology and my flatmate Lea is 25, from Germany, and finishing her master’s in marine systems and policies. We’re looking for a PhD student or postdoc (only because of council taxes and because we’re trying to avoid new leases and rent increases every year). Our let agency asks for a UK guarantor or for six months of rent in advance, as well as a deposit of £600. PM me with a bit of info about yourself if you’re interested.
