Double room with own bathroom in 2 bed flat

Lovely room, furnished and clean. The flat has 2 bathrooms and you will have your own private bathroom. The living room is fairly large, with a kitchen island and a dining table. The flat is quite cozy and in a great condition.

The other room is occupied by my brother and myself. Hence, the bills including the electricity, gas, council tax (Band G) and wifi will be split into 3. This will be approximately £150 per person.

The flat has modern radiators, gas, dishwasher, oven with grill, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The building also has a small gym for its residents that you can use.

It is located 5 mins away from Dean village and 25 min walk to city center and Haymarket. There is also a bus stop right outside the building and the city is just a short ride away.

We are looking for someone friendly, sociable and hygienic. It would be great if you are independent, have a routine, and share similar interests. It is very important for us that you keep the flat clean and tidy. In general, we would like to have fun living with you and make a good friend.

For ourselves, we are quite friendly, love to eat together, like to go out and grab a few drinks, go for day trips, stay active and play sports, watch tv shows and movies. We also like to have our own time and space when needed.
I am an architecture student, trying to upskill and better myself as a creator. I am quite interested in fitness and trying to be focused on my routine.
My brother works at BlackRock and is quite busy with his work. In his downtime, he likes to have a few drinks, watch sports, talk with friends and family.
