Double room near Dean Village (with own bathroom)

Room available in luxury flat from the 1st of December! We are looking for for a short term let for about 2-3months.

Lovely room, furnished and clean. The flat has 2 bathrooms and you will have your own private bathroom. The living room is fairly large, with a kitchen island and a dining table. The flat is quite cozy and in a great condition.

The flat has modern radiators, gas, dishwasher, oven with grill, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The building also has a small gym for its residents that you can use.

It is located 5 mins away from Dean village and 25 min walk to city center and Haymarket. There is also a bus stop right outside the building and the city is just a short ride away.

We are looking for someone friendly, sociable and hygienic. It would be great if you are independent, have a routine, and share similar interests. It is very important for us that you keep the flat clean and tidy.
