Edinburgh College Residence

Hi!
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Edinburgh College residence from 26th August until mid june.
the accommodation is situated in Granton, a 10 minute drive to leith and a half an hour bus from princes street.
About the room: a 3/4 bed with under bed storage, a wardrobe with three drawers inside, a desk and chair which also has drawers and there’s also some shelving, There is also an en-suite bathroom. it is also 5 bedrooms to a flat and the kitchen/living area is spacious with enough room to hold your groceries plates etc.

The deposit is £300 which is refundable at the end of the year and the rent is 194 per week!

Must be a student, although it says edinburgh college, University students are also considered
