Warm and bright fully-furnished room for rent in a 3-bed house near Picardy Place for £460pcm + bills.

Due to the arranged replacement falling through, I am looking for someone to take my room from Sunday 21st July as I’m moving abroad (tenancy start date is negotiable).

The available bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a double bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, and inbuilt wardrobe so all you need to do is move in and drop your suitcase!

The house is in a quiet lane off Broughton Street, with a big garage and wee shaded garden (unused) on the ground floor, a large living/dining-room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a bedroom on the 1st floor, and a bathroom with shower over bath and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Shared amenities include fridge, freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, and various kitchen white goods.

You will live with 2 men in their mid-20s: Nick who works in IT and James who isn’t currently working. They’re pretty quiet and laid back.

Would suit student or professional but no pets. The owner is a private landlord, they’re quite chilled and fairly responsive with regards to repairs.

Rent = £460pcm + bills around £60 per month. Council tax band F split between the 3 housemates.
