I have a double room available for rent in a 3 bed semi. Shared modern bathroom, kitchen and living room. 3rd room is an office. Large south facing garden (nice for if we ever get sunshine) with a nice patio and garden furniture.
Room comes fully furnished. Price is for all bills (and council tax) except for energy (gas and electric). Utility room with washer. Kitchen has all amenities needed (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, blender etc).
I'm a very laid back housemate, I keep myself busy with sports and socialising, but also like some wind down time watching TV and walking other peoples' dogs. On that note, pets will be considered (not cats....).
