2 double bedrooms available in existing 4 bed flat.
Both rooms £550 per month (plus bills and £65 council tax) with letting agency Splendid Property. The two rooms are available on 14/08/22.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is my ensuite), 1 additional toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen and study. We also have a private parking permit up for grabs and is a 3 minute walk from Holyrood park.

We are 2 friends (1 female, 1 male) who studied Civil Engineering together at University and are now working as engineers. We like to hang out for movie nights, pub quizzes and love to spend our weekends in the hills when Scottish weather allows!

We're hoping to find two new young professionals (looking at both individual applicants or friends as a pair) who share similar interests and would enjoy getting involved!
