Room £650 per month (plus bills and £75 council tax) with letting agency Splendid Property. The room is available ~19/08/26 for 3 months (exact start and end date flexible).

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is my flatmates ensuite), 1 additional toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen and study.

We are a friendly flat who like to hang out for movie nights, pub quizzes and love to spend our weekends doing a chill bike ride, wild swim or up in the hills when Scottish weather allows!

We're hoping to find a new young professional who share similar interests and would enjoy getting involved!
