The new tenant must be a student and must rent for the entire academic period (07/09/2024-11/06/2025, 44 weeks). The weekly rent is £227, plus a deposit of £250.

The building is close to the central campus of the University of Edinburgh (10 min walk) and the KB (20 min walk) , making it the ideal accommodation for students. The room is located at the back of the building, which is exceptionally quiet.
