2 Flatmates wanted

I'm looking for two flatmates to occupy two double rooms. The fat is an own door flat in the Polwarth area, right next o fountain park and Napier campus. there is also a partial privet and shared garden in the back as well as on street parking that you can apply for if needs be.

I'm looking for students due to council tax reasons but don't mind what gender. Ideally between the ages of 19 and 23. I don't mind wether its two friends that apply for each room or two separate people.

I myself study television at Napier and have an interest in walking and writing. Although i'm very chatty I tend to keep to myself but I'd love for two people who don't mind the occasional movie or drink out to move in.
