My name's Shane and I'm moving out of the flat I've lived and loved for over a year as I have recently purchased one of my own! My current flatmate Tom is therefore looking for someone to move in. No exaggeration, it genuinely is one of the nicest flats I've lived in with so much traditional character/history with crown moulding, intricate coving, wooden shutters, mechanical door bell, hardwood floors (and most importantly no mice!!). Situated on a quiet residential cherry blossom lined street just off Newington Road. Minutes away from the Meadows/Holyrood Park and about 15/20 min walk to Waverley Railway Station.

Details of the flat:

-1 room available in first floor 2 bedroom flat, with a wardrobe, mirror, large window, desk, chair, floor lamp, rug, storage units and double bed.

- A shared living room, with sofa, two armchairs, TV stand and dining table
- 1 large bathroom with shower, large corner bathtub (rare!), mirror cabinet storage, under sink storage and heated towel rack
- Separate toilet and sink room
- 1 kitchen with a fridge-freezer, shared cooking utensils, built in oven and microwave, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combo, wine rack, kettle, toaster and lots of storage
- Bill aren't included and come to an average of £175-200 per month (subsequently rent averages around £650 - £700 pcm) which includes council tax, electricity/heat, water and internet. We're Council Tax Band D.
- Street parking (Zone 7) is available outside the flat via monthly/annual permit from the council, or free parking is available nearby
