I'm looking to rent out my second room for about three months (open to extending if we get along).

The room has been recently refurbished and has a double bed, a large bookcase, a dresser, a large wardrobe, plenty of space/storage, a desk with a computer monitor, and access to your own bathroom (not ensuite). 

The flat is located on Brunswick Road, in a new build. It's fully furnished, warm, and benefits from a small balcony, underground parking, gym, and great bus and tram links. 

You'll be sharing the flat with me (35m). I teach politics at the University of Glasgow on a part-time basis and work from home when not teaching. So this is probably more suitable for someone who doesn't always work from home.
