Double room available in the centre of Edinburgh, just off Broughton Street. You will be sharing with 2 lovely girls who are 25 and 27.

The flat itself is really big for three people and in an amazing location. There is a big living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms (one of the rooms has an en suite) and 3 bedrooms.

My bedroom is super warm, cosy and quiet. Looking for a female flatmate who is roughly around the same age as the girls in the flat. No students for council tax purposes.

In terms of location, leith walk is 2 minutes walk away, and the St James centre is 5. You are close to lots of bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Bills not included in the rent. Deposit one month’s rent. Looking for someone to move in by 23rd October as this when rent is due.
