Looking for a flatmate to move in to my flat located in Stockbridge. No students for council tax reasons.
Room for rent is a double which comes fully furnished including a TV. Room also has south facing windows which attracts the sun all day. Flat is located in the vibrant area of Stockbridge, there’s a selection of shops and bars within a few minutes walk. Regular public transport to take you to the centre of Edinburgh (which is about a 15 minute walk away).
Flat also has a well equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar and a dining table as well as a large storage/box room.

I'm a systems programmer in the banking industry and would be working from home 3 days per week(ish). In my spare time I enjoy going to the Gym, going out for food and drinks, gaming and heading out into the country on my motorbike (When the sun is out!).
I'm looking for someone who is keen to hang out but also do enjoy my own space. I'm easy going and get along with most people I meet so hopefully we should have a decent time!
