Spacious flat in Carrick Knowe, available August

Ideal for anyone coming to work in the Edinburgh Festival (or just planning to visit for the whole month). The flat is in the west of Edinburgh, close to the tramline and bus routes. Takes roughly 25 minutes to get into the centre of town by public transport (though can be longer in festival traffic)

I live in the flat. I do share the kitchen and living room area, but my bedroom is upstairs.

The kitchen is quite small, but functional. There is a small garden - though I'm right next to Union Park which is nicer to hang out in when the sun shines. I have a parking space at the front of the flat which is currently vacant.

Each room contains a double bed. £500 is inclusive of all bills.
