room available in two bedroom flat in haymarket from beginning of september (move in date to be confirmed!)

£565 + bills - council tax band e, elec, gas and wifi - (wifi = £36 / 2 paid to the landlord along with rent).

the flat has a shared bathroom, living area and kitchen. kitchen comes washing machine, freezer, basic appliances and an air fryer.

it is located almost directly opposite haymarket station and has access to many different bus routes. there is also a lidl and tesco near by!

about me - i’m 25 from northern ireland working 8:30 - 4 with only 1 day working from home so i would like someone similar who is good craic to live with.

the bedroom is fully furnished with everything - big wardrobe, desk, chair and a double (3/4) sized bed.

must be able to provide references and a guarantor and one months rent as a safety deposit (£565). no uk guarantor = a months rent which is refundable at the end of the lease!
