Looking for a lodger (preferably female) to live in the third room of a 10 year old penthouse apartment, over this summer. Ideally from May to late August.

Currently occupied by two female students. We are both sociable and friendly but do respect boundaries and each others privacy.
Walkable distance to Aldi, Sainsbury's and Lidl.
Time into city centre ranges from 20 mins to 30 mins, with regular busses running from nearby bus stop.
The flat comes with secure underground parking and working elevators, as well as balconies on both the west and east facing sides of the flat. The bathroom would be shared with one other person. Living room and Kitchen are also a shared area.

Wifi is included but other bills not.
