Walking distance to all central Edinburgh attractions
About the Room & the Flat:
This is a slightly older flat with character, it's clean, comfortable, and well-located. The flat is spacious and peaceful. There is a shared living room, kitchen and recently renovated bathroom. The flat has central heating and double-glazed windows. There is also high-speed internet. Regarding the room, it's a good size and a furnished double room with a desk and decent storage.
Flatmates:
You will be sharing with two male professionals 28 and 26 years old. They are easy-going and friendly guys who have their respective work schedules but are always up for a chat.
Suitable for:
A reliable, responsible, easygoing, clean & tidy working professional (preferred). Also good for those looking for a short-term stay in Edinburgh. Goes without saying but you'd be required to keep the room in good condition and leave the common areas tidy for the duration of your stay. Not a party flat.
Rent & Deposit:
- £600 per month (all bills including council tax)
- £600 refundable deposit (alongside the first month's rent)
