Double bedroom for rent

I have a spare south facing double bed room available in Gilmerton Edinburgh.. It is perfectly placed for anyone working in Kings Building, Liberton Hospital or the surrounding areas. It has multiple bus routes nearby including 31, 11, 37, 47 and 7.

The house is in a quiet area with off road parking and a small garden to the back of the house. The shared areas are the kitchen, bathrooms, living room and garden. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is a utility room with microwave and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans etc, an oven, and a fridge/freezer which will be split between occupants. There is central heating and all windows are double glazed.

It is shared with myself and my dog (a German Shepherd). Please do not apply if you are not ok with medium/large dogs. He is very friendly but does bark when people come to the door. i'm relatively quiet but enjoy having a chat while cooking dinner or having a cup of tea.
