I have a spare room and it is available during the festival and maybe even longer if required. Happy to have someone the whole of August or just on a week by week basis.
The room has a king sized bed and there is a bathroom just next door which you would have sole use of.
My flat is a spacious 2 bed and 2 bathroom flat with an open plan living room/kitchen. It is just 10-15 minutes walk to Princess St and 5 minutes to the Grassmarket so is very central for the fringe.
I have underground parking which can be used if required during your stay.
The flat is fully furnished and with all amenities in the kitchen and living room including TV, microwave, iron etc.
I am a young professional and will be working throughout August so hoping you will be respectful about noise. But equally I will be heading out to enjoy the fringe festival too.
